the location is very convenient. it is close to many sights and public transport is easily accessible. there was a large variety of food for breakfast and all the staff that i interacted with were very nice. i will consider staying here again the next time i am in the country.
the family room was uncomfortable. it was clear from the photos that the staircase to the mezzanine was impractical. there were zero bath products except for two sachets. for the price paid, i expected better.

my room was very clean and spacious. the views were amazing, and the breakfast was fresh (i especially liked the variety of cheeses). i also enjoyed the well-decorated spaces and the 24/7 availability of complimentary tea, coffee, and cakes. the staff were friendly and helpful, and i really noticed their dedication.
the room i was assigned initially was a bit smaller than expected, despite being a family room.

i found the staff very helpful and kind. the beds were comfy and the room was spacious. the breakfast was delicious with a lovely spread of sweet and savoury options, i enjoyed it.
the room i stayed in was located right above the reception area, this area was divided by a glass wall so there were noise issues.

The room was very clean, and the room cleaning was done daily. I really liked the well-heated rooms, a definite plus during winter. The smart TV provided entertainment on evenings when I wanted to relax. The staff prepared sandwiches for my early morning flight departure. I found it very thoughtful.
The coffee from the machine at breakfast was not of great quality.

The hotel is just outside the spice bazaar. I could easily access shopping. It made exploring local goods and experiencing the vibrant atmosphere convenient. Several key attractions are within walking distance from the hotel.
